Meet Jim Grandholm: From Pro Basketball to Eco-Friendly Pioneer
Jim Grandholm, founder of Maverick Asset Solutions, transitioned from a notable professional basketball career, including a stint with the NBA's Dallas Mavericks, to a champion of sustainability. In 2008, he launched Green Earth Electronics Recycling, targeting the reduction of e-waste through repurposing electronics. By 2014, he expanded his eco-vision with Maverick Asset Solutions, offering sustainable disposal solutions for manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
Recognized for his environmental contributions, Jim was nominated to Southwest Michigan's Sustainability Hall of Fame in 2023.
